Workmen’s Compensation and Occupational Diseases:
\nAccording to Kuwaiti Labor Law:
\n-Death: Salary of 1500 Days or 10,000 KD whichever is
\nhigher.
\n-Permanent Total Disability due to accident: Salary of
\n2,000 Days or 13,330 KD whichever is higher.
\n-Permanent Partial Disability due to accident:
\nPercentage of 2,000 days salary or percentage of
\n13,330 KD whichever is higher.
\n-Temporary Total Disability due to accident: 100% of
\nthe salary during the first six months and 50% of salary
\nthereafter until disability is cured.<\/p>\n
