1-Basic amount of insurance: 12 Months
\n2-Natural Death: 12 Months , 100% of the Basic amount.
\n3-Accidental death: 24 Months 200% of the Basic amount.
\n4-Total Permanent disability due to accident: 24 Months 200% of the Basic amount.
\n5-Total permanent disability due to Sickness:12 Months 100% of the Basic amount.
\n6-Temporary total disability due to accident: 12 Months Percentage on the Basic amount, depending on the level of disability.
\n7-Weekly compensation equal to 25% of the monthly salary and a maximum of 500 KD per person per week for a period not exceeding 52 weeks.
\n8-Workmen’s Compensation and Occupational Diseases:
\nAccording to Kuwaiti Labor Law:
\n-Death: Salary of 1500 Days or 10,000 KD whichever is higher.
\n-Permanent Total Disability due to accident: Salary of 2,000 Days or 13,330 KD whichever is higher.
\n-Permanent Partial Disability due to accident: Percentage of 2,000 days salary or percentage of 13,330 KD whichever is higher.
\n-Temporary Total Disability due to accident: 100% of the salary during the first six months and 50% of salary thereafter until disability is cured.
\n9-Medical expenses resulting due to accident: A maximum of 1000 KD per person.
\n10-Repatriation of Mortal Remains to the Country of Origin: Maximum of 500 KD for every case.
\n11-The covered includes working outside the official time plus working in the official Vacations.
\n12-Covered of Occupational Diseases as per the Kuwaiti Law.
\n13-Eligible Employees for normal life Insurance till age 65. The employees exceeding 65 years old will be under covered of accident only.<\/p>\n
